Love Sex Aur Dhokha aka LSD is the first Bollywood movie to be based on the controversial subject of voyeurism. Dibakar Banerjee’s LSD explores the human emotions of love, sex and betrayal through very candid points of view- the film is shot entirely on the strength of digital cameras, the first of its kind in India.
To remind you again voyeurism refers to someone who habitually observes others without their knowledge, with or without the implication of any sexual interest.
Says Dibakar, “Ours is a country of voyeurs and hence you find so many reality shows.” The film which is already surrounded with a cloud of controversy will bring to the Indian audiences a world of two-way mirrors, hidden cameras and secret photography.
But are the Indian audiences ready to have a whole load of controversy unleashed on them?
Dibakar answers that for us! “You can love it or hate it- but you can’t ignore LSD.”
