Sep 20 (THAINDIAN NEWS) This year would have been Beatle’s star John Lennon’s seventieth birthday. It also marks the thirtieth anniversary of his death, when he was murdered in New York. In a recent interview for ‘BBC’, his wife, Yoko Ono announced that she is planning to mark both anniversaries by releasing some of her dead husband’s music after it is remastered.
She described her relationship with Liverpool. She says that the city is very beautiful, and has a wonderful energy. She stated that Lennon was very proud of being a “Liverpool Boy”. She loved the film “Nowhere Boy” which was set in the town.
She is releasing the digitally enhanced music, and says that it is much better than before, because she went back to the original.
