Sep 22 (THAINDIAN NEWS) After 13 year old Rachel Crow blew the audience and judges away with her voice, the second contestant shown on last night’s premier of ‘X Factor last night was Terrel Carter. He moved from New York to LA to follow music, which he called his passion. His voice was beautiful, and the audience loved him. The new judges for X Factor, Simon Cowell, LA Reid, Cheryl Cole, and Paula Abdul, all gave their opinions. Cheryl said he had the total package, and the other judges all liked him as well. He was sent on through. Fourteen year old Alanna was also terrific and was given four yes votes. John Lindahl, who is 14, also thrilled the audience and the judges both. He was given 4 yes votes as well. It was a great start for the season.

Thirty year old Siameze says he has the look, he has the attitude, and he has the talent. Once he is a megastar, he plans to have an energy drink named “Siamenergy.” If he wins, he would invest the five million dollar prize into becoming that megastar. He sang….quite horrible, and flung himself around the stage in a way which made the judge look shocked and laugh all at the same time.

Cheryl was not sure if it was genius or weird. Simon said much of it copied Prince, Paula said it was rare that someone committed to taking the stage and giving that kind of energy but it was not original enough. LA said no based on originality, Cheryl said yes, Paula said yes, and Simon called him talented, but diluted, but gave him a yes.
