X Factor Season Premiere: Dillon Goes Insane
September 23rd, 2011 - 3:22 pm ICT by Angela Kaye MasonSep 23 (THAINDIAN NEWS) The second night of the X Factor Season Premiere aired on Fox last night. Simon Cowell, Paula Abdul, LA Reid and Nicole Scherzinger were the judges as contestants performed for a record breaking television and music prize of a Sony contract worth $5M. The second half of the show moved from Miami to Dallas.
Eighteen year old Dillon sold his truck and left Kentucky to come to Dallas and audition for the X Factor. The judges were impressed at how much this meant to him. When Nicole asked him what would be the first thing he would buy if he won the five million dollar prize, he answered, βA truck.β
But then this calm, easy going, young man turned his hat around backwards began screaming obscenities as he attempted some strange sort of high pitched screaming ..hip hop? βHe sold his truck to do that? WOW, that’s insane,β exclaimed LA. Simon told him to leave the stage, without even so much as a vote.
