New York, Jan 24 (THAINDIAN NEWS) A minor offence of driving without a seatbelt triggered a much bigger offence of carrying narcotics when the police pulled former WWE star, Sid Vicious over.

The star was arrested on Friday after police noticed that he was driving without a seatbelt. When the police searched his car, they realized that he was traveling with 18 grams of marijuana on his armrest.

He was given a tall list of charges including driving without a license, marijuana possession and driving without a seatbelt. The police later released him on a $1,000 bail bond.

Sid Vicious whose real name is Sidney Raymond Eudy was born on the 16th day of December, 1960. He became a professional wrestler in 1987 and in 1989, he signed up for the World Championship Wrestling. He then signed on for the World Wrestling Federation (WWF) in 1991 and in 1993, returned to WCW.

He was then off-and-on in the wrestling industry until he was gravely injured in a freak accident that many TV stations never did rebroadcast. Though he never came back to main wrestling after the accident, he fought in other low profile matches.
