June 28 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Last night’s ‘WWE Monday Night Raw’ was brought to us from Las Vegas, Nevada. To honor the location and occasion, the “Raw Roulette” wheel was brought back, which meant every match’s stipulations would be determined by a spin of the roulette wheel.

As the night began, the crowd was thrilled to be greeted by a very special guest, WWE Hall of Famer, the Heart break Kids, Shawn Michaels. Michaels took the mic and shared with the crowd how much he really tried to stay away from his fans, but he just could not do it. “How could I possibly leave all this?” he asked. He explained that after “twenty plus years of doing something, you can’t just stop cold turkey.” Shawn thanked the fans for making him who he is today.

Shawn then began to speak on guest hosts of Raw, and how they are often are just there to plug something. He went on to mention his new show which will air tonight on the Outdoor Channel, but emphasized that is not why he was here. He was soon interrupted by CM Punk, joined by two Nexus members. The two of them debated a bit over whether or not Punk would become WWE Champion, taking the title from John Cena at the next pay per view. Punk once again reminded everyone that he would be leaving the WWE at that event.

After Shawn kicked at CM Punk, the anonymous general manager announced that Punk would have the first match on Raw Roulette. Booker T then spun the wheel to find out hwat kind of match Punk would be in. He got the question mark…which means he will get a mystery opponent. Booker T named the opponent to be Kane. Shawn Michaels kicked both Nexus members unconscious, leaving Punk to battle Kane alone.

Kane began to immediately pummel CM Punk, dragging him all over and outside the ring. He hit his opponent with his fists and kicked him into the ring floor as Punk seemed unable to gain any momentum at all. Kane managed to hold Punk down for a count of two several times. Punk was finally able to deliver a kick to the side of the head of Kane. It was that moment that switched the direction of the match, giving Punk the upper hand.

Punk punched, kicked and hit at Kane, until Kane had finally had enough. His grabbed Punk by the throat and then punched his jaw. Punk finally ran out of the ring to the crowd’s boos, as he yelled, “I don’t care.” Kane won as the result of a count out as CM Punk punked out.
