WWE Raw: Five Man Gauntlet Match Set

April 12th, 2011 - 1:17 pm ICT by Angela Kaye Mason

Apr 12 (THAINDIAN NEWS) As WWE Monday Night Raw began, Michael Cole was introduced as the only undefeated WWE Superstar, although he has only had one match,m which was won by Jerry The King Lawler, until the “anonymous” general manager reversed that decision. Soon John Cena came out to the roar of the crowd. He reminded the WWE Nation of the match which has already been scheduled for April 1, 2012 at Wrestlemania between himself and the Rock. Cena said that the match should be for the WWE Championship.

Randy Orton came out to inform Cena that he had plans of his own for the WWE Championship, and was interrupted by John Morrison, who also thinks that he should be the number one contender for the top prize in wrestling today. Soon that shrill voice came out loudly with , “Excuse me!” as Vickie escorted her “partner” Dolph Zigler to the ring. Of course, these two feel that Zigler should be the next contender.

Suddenly, R Truth came out to inform the crowd that the had never gotten a Championship match on any show. The Anonymous Raw General Manager emailed in on Cole’s iPad. Cole quoted the Raw GM, and said that all of these men would have a chance to earn the opportunity. A five man gauntlet match would ensue, and the winner would be the number one contender who would face the Miz at Extreme Rules.

Randy Orton was the first to go down to Dolph Zigler, followed by Dolph Zigler losing to R Truth. John Morrison came out next to face R Truth, who won for the second time. This leaves R Truth to face John Cena. After Miz interrupted the match, the referee called the match a double disqualification. As Miz began to gloat, the anonymous general manager emailed in to say that both men, both Cena and R Truth would be contenders, and the WWE Championship match at Extreme Rules would now be a triple threat match.
