August 5, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): Wright Penn the star of Forrest Gump had filed for lawful division from her actor husband Sean Penn way back in August 2009. The couple was married for 13 years.

The stars lately reached a confidential conformity regarding spousal as well child support. They came to the child support conformity for their 17-year-old son Hopper Jack.

Hopper is the only remaining dependent child, as per the court papers that were filed in Marin County, California on July 22, 2010.

The Penns also have a daughter, Dylan who is 19.

The star couple first started their divorce procedures around three years back in December 2007, and had called off the divorce within four months.

Sean Penn filed so as to end their union in April last year; however reunited after a month. The Penns have had an on and off marriage, but this time they have finally put the last nail on their marriage.
