hulk Florida, Apr 23 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Wrestler Hulk Hogan has sued the ‘Wells Fargo Insurance Services’ for malpractice, according to the Florida court records. He is suing the insurance company for wrong advise, as they did not advise him in a proper manner about which policy he ought to have, prior to his son’s car accident.

Hogan’s son Nick was involved in almost a near-fatal car accident, which caused permanent brain damage to the other passenger in the car – John Graziano. After the crash, Hogan’s son Nick Bollea also had to serve some time behind bars in 2008. Nick had pleaded no contest to reckless driving for his part in the high-speed collision, which proved devastating for John Graziano. The car crash had happened at Clearwater in Florida in 2007.

“The layman’s way to put it is, this is broker malpractice. He delegated all of that to the trust of his insurance broker,” Hogan’s attorney Wil Florin said. After the car crash there was a lawsuit against Hogan by the Graziano family, as their son was left with permanent brain damage. Hogan settled the issue with a private settlement with the Graziano family. So now he wants reimbursement for the money he was “unnecessarily required to pay as a result of the defendant’s negligence.”
