Jan 16, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Lady Gaga’s performance at Purdue was canceled minutes before she was slated to perform on January 14. The only reason given to the media and the public was that she was ill, and the show was rescheduled for January 26th. This event was followed by her making apologies on Twitter explaining that she had cried for hours because she had “let her fans down”.

After the mishap of Indiana, it has become also known that the celebrity almost fainted while performing recently in Atlanta. However, she had had a ‘wild night out’ day before, and that could be the credited for her feeling faint. The reason behind Lady Gaga’s illness has been made clear to her fans. It looks like the diva had been dehydrated and too exhausted to even stand up unaided. Sources say that she has “been working relentlessly since last summer”, to promote her album. She had to cancel a couple of dates as she was suffering from fever. However, she had expressed her sadness about postponing her performances and explained that it was due to fever and ’some virus’ she had caught. Even after all this, the performer deserves full points for making her due appearance on the Oprah show this Friday. On the show, she even claimed that she will be doing her best she can for the people in Haiti.

Her doctors have checked out her condition and have prescribed a lot of rest. She was diagnosed with irregular heartbeats too. Sources also report that her management does not want her worsening her conditions and want the workaholic star to take it easy for awhile. Her fans wish her a speedy recovery.
