Woody Harrelson Lawsuit Dropped By Court

zombieLos Angeles, Apr 18, (THAINDIAN NEWS) According to the latest reports, the lawsuit filed against the actor Woody Harrelson by a photographer has been dropped by the court. Josh Levine a famous celebrity news website photographer sued Woody Harrelson in 2008 of not only breaking his video camera but also choking him and asking his body guards to attack him allegedly. Though the incident occurred according to records in 2006, the case was filed two years latter in Los Angeles Superior Court. Reports also claim that the counter charge that was brought against Josh Levine by Woody Harrelson was also dropped. Woody Harrelson had sued Josh Levine for invasion of privacy.

The case was scheduled for trial in the ensuing month but it seems that the two had decided to settle it much before time. The Los Angeles Superior Court documents reveal that Woody Harrelson and Josh Levine had reached a settlement earlier this month. The details of the settlement has however not been mentioned in the document.

However, this is not for the first time or the last time that the actor has given vent to his anger on the paparazzi. Woody Harrelson in the past, many a times has shown his annoyance over the paparazzi who have followed to take a snap of the Academy Award nominated actor with his family. In 2009, Woody Harrelson lost his temper with some of the photographers when they tried to click the star with his daughter as they landed in Mexico. He later claimed that he thought the photographers to be zombies as he was disturbed after filming for Zombieland.
