Los Angeles, Sep 8 (IANS) A woman claiming to be the love child of the late pop legend Michael Jackson has had her case thrown out by a Los Angeles judge.
Mocienne Petit Jackson, who filed documents with the Los Angeles county superior court in July demanding a DNA test to prove she is the offspring of the late “King of Pop”, had her request denied Tuesday, reports tmz.com.
Mocienne claimed she should be entitled to a share of Jackson’s estate, which too has been dismissed by the court.
