Woman sues Spitzer call girl over identity theft

July 18th, 2008 - 5:27 pm ICT by ANI -

New York, July 18 (ANI): It seems Eliot Spitzer’’s call girl cant stay out of trouble. A woman has sued the hooker claiming she used her lost driver’’s license to appear on a “Girls Gone Wild” video.

According to a lawsuit filed in New Jersey federal court, the 4,300 dollars a night hooker stole New Jersey girl, Amber Arpaios driving license to convince to “Girls Gone Wild” producers that she was old enough to be filmed frolicking naked in 2003.

Dupre, 23, who sold her body under the moniker “Kristen,” allegedly used the identification of Arpaio during a Spring Break photo shoot in Miami, according to thesmokinggun.com, reports the New York Post.

Arpaio, now 26, claims that her good name has been sullied because her drivers license is visible on the video of a dancing Dupre that is currently being hawked online on the “Girls Gone Wild” Web site.

Dupre claims she was 17 at the time of the raunchy shoot.

The Web site also reported that Arpiao claims she lost her license on the Jersey Shore - a favorite summer spot of Dupre - five years ago.

A still from the Dupre video shows the woman flashing an ID that carries Arpaio’’s Stillwater, N.J. post office box but her name is obscured by the glare from the camera’’s light. (ANI)
