July 15, 2010 (Pen Men at Work): A Michighan woman Allison Coss, who claimed having a photo of the Full House star John Stamos snorting cocaine in Florida, has been accused of blackmailing the popular television actor. She allegedly asked for thousands of dollars from Stamos for not publishing the photos in tabloids.

On Wednesday, she insisted that she had possessed those photos six years back but now they are no longer with her. Coss admitted that she and her beau Scott Sippola had lied to Stamos time and again and threatened him via emails that they would sell his photos with cocaine and strippers to the tabloids if they were not paid $680,000.

The 24 year old Coss said that she had committed various immoral acts before but these were not illegal. She said, “We made up various stories and lied to him.”

While testifying under cross-examination, Allison said that she had the photo of Stamos with drugs and Sippola had kept it in a folder, which she had seen a week before their arrest in December.

However, Stamos also confessed to meeting Coss in 2004 at the Pleasure Island in Orlando following his separation from Rebecca Romijn.

On the other hand, the existence of any such photos have been challenged by the prosecutors. The FBI agents have also confirmed that there were no compromising photos of the actor when they searched the home and vehicles of the defendants.

During a grueling cross-examination, Coss got emotional on being challenged by the Assistant U.S. Attorney Paul Lochner. Coss said that she considered him as a friend and wanted to spare him the pain. Hence she did not sell the photos to the tabloids.

Lochner asked, “What kind of a friend are you? On one side, you do not want to hurt him and on the other side you demanded $680,000 from him.”

After a slight pause, in a soft tone, Coss replied, “I am not a very good friend.” However, she claimed repeatedly that Stamos had stripped and even sat in a hot tub with her in a hotel suite in Orlando.

Moreover, Coss said that Stamos and she kissed each other on a bed in his room and he made sexual advances.

In the interrogation process, Coss also admitted that Sippola first came with the idea of selling the pictures of Stamos to tabloids. She claimed to have been reluctant initially but agreed later.
