Washington, Feb 12 (ANI): American actress Reese Witherspoon has revealed she would like her kids to go through school disappointments.

Reese is hopeful that her kids will not get any special treatment at school, as she believes that disappointment plays a big part in character building.

The Walk The Line star does not want 8-year-old Ava and 4-year-old Deacon to be protected from the realities of life, a fact that is prevalent in a trendy school that refuses to pick winners and losers.

“That’s one of the most formative experiences. I wouldn’t want my children to miss out on any of that teasing and bullying, Contactmusic quoted her as saying.

“It kind of makes you who you are - when you don’t make it onto the soccer team. It drives me crazy when everyone wins the award, she stated.

“I remember the two weeks of crying because I didn’t make the team. It makes me interesting,” she added. (ANI)
