After his son Jaden Smith rocked box-office with his movie “The Karate Kid”, now its time for his daughter to prove her talent. Will Smith made a name for himself as a superstar and a marvelous actor and now its seems that his daughter Willow Smith is following the footstep of her father by signing a record deal with Jay-Z. The name of the track is “Whip My hair” and its has become online rage these days after media released a news that it is leaked online.

The 9 year old daughter of Hollywood celebrity recorded her first single and it was even previewed on US radio station. A reputed media source reported that after hearing her song, even Jay Z praised her a lot for her wonderful effort. The song “Whip My Hair” is reportedly inspired by Rihanna. Willow Smith is not new to the glitz and glamor of showbiz, as previously she acted in her father’s movie “I Am Legend” in 2007. Willow Smith even lend her voice in “Madagascar 2″, which is an animated flick. A reputed media source reported that the album will be launched on Jay-Z’s new Roc Nation label soon and it is surely going to be liked by the music lovers.

In one of her interviews Willow Smith said that the whole experience is very “amazing” and “overwhelming” to her. The experience of red carpet and shutterbugs and media attention with people wanting to meet her is very “overwhelming” for a girl of 9 year old. While explaining her song “Whip My Hair”, Willow Smith said that it is all about the importance of being true to oneself and she has learned this lesson from her mother Jada Pinkett Smith.
