Willow Smiths’ Debut Single Makes Waves!

Sep 9, (THAINDIAN NEWS) It seems that Willow smith the little daughter of celebrity couple Jada Pinkett Smith and Will Smith is following in the footsteps of her father. She is too young to don the greasepaint and face the cameras for sure but this gutsy girl has released her first music single. The track named ‘Whip My Hair’ is making waves in the industry and it is said to be inspired by Rihanna. It is quite remarkable to see this young girl aspiring for a career in music when most of her friends are worried about their grades and studies. She is not new to the showbiz industry though. She acted with her celebrity father in the 2007 blockbuster ‘I Am Legend’ in 2007. Apart from that she had also lent her voice for Madagascar 2 an animated flick.
Willow Smith is hogging the limelight now with the release of her single and it is also being heard that she may open a new clothing line and sign a deal with Roc Nation music label of Jay Z. That will mean she will not let her elder brother Jaden Smith walk away with all the attention. The 9 year old girl is said to be fond of the songs of noted R&B singer Rihanna. It is too early to say how well Willow Smith will fare in the music industry but if she can maintain consistency she will go a long way.
The parents of Willow Smith are extremely happy with the release of her debut single. In fact her mother dropped a hint about the daughter becoming a singer earlier this year.
