Willie Nelson Gets A Haircut!

May 29, 2010 (Pen Men at Work): Willie Nelson has shocked everyone by chopping off his long red pigtails.
The 77 year old legendary country singer has given all his fans a shock by getting a new haircut. Nelson who has won numerous Grammy’s in his career had sported long hair for decades.
Nelson got this new hairdo done sometime in the past couple of weeks as per his spokesperson Elaine Schock. She also suggested that the singer had got tired of his long braids as they require a lot of maintenance.
Though Nelson got his locks cut off weeks ago, it has become the new hot topic for conversations in the past couple of days.
Websites are loaded with the comments – reactions of his fans to his new cut which looks like a bob.
Many don’t approve of the look as they feel that the hair has been cut in such a manner that it does not look stylish.
Yet there are many who have stuck by Willie and appreciate his new look. Obviously there are mixed reviews and takes about Nelson’s new hair cut.
Nelson had recently made a public appearance with his son Micah Nelson for a concert. The hype about his new cut is so huge that his performance at the concert was outshined.
Nelson who has more than 50 studio albums to his credit, came out with a new album called Country Music in 2010 which attained the # 4 position at US country charts.
