Will return to music only for Justin Bieber: Mark Wahlberg
August 6th, 2010 - 12:58 pm ICT by IANSLondon, Aug 6 (IANS) Actor-singer Mark Wahlberg says he will return to his rap roots if asked to collaborate with Justin Bieber because his young daughter is a big fan of the teen star.
The Hollywood actor began his career as a member of his brother Donnie’s band New Kids On The Block, but left to create his own group, Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch.
Wahlberg swapped music for acting in the 1990s and went on to carve out a successful Hollywood career, putting his days as Marky Mark firmly behind him.
But the star admits he would consider returning to music if Bieber asked him to record a collaboration, reports dailystar.co.uk
“If Justin Bieber asks me, I’ll say yes. Only because my daughter loves him,” he said.
