October 11, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): Hollywood couple Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie may be seen lighting up the big screen once again, if all goes well. Reports from Hollywood suggest that the duo will pair up for an upcoming project based on the John Vaillant novel ‘The Tiger’. The script for the untitled movie is to be written by screenwriter Guillermo Arriaga. In a statement to the media, Arriaga explains that the upcoming project speaks about the life of an animal activist and his efforts to protect a small town of Siberia, which is supposedly under the danger of a tiger attack.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie were last seen working together in “Mr. and Mrs. Smith”, the film on the sets of which their love first bloomed. The filming of ‘The Tiger’ is yet to begin and screenwriter Guillermo Arriaga says that he is currently making several trips to the city of New York to finalize details related to the movie. Arriaga will also conduct an extensive search in several locations across Siberia to round up on the places where the film will be shot.

While it has already been confirmed that Brad Pitt has been rounded upon to play the lead role of the animal activist, Angelina Jolie’s involvement with the project has not yet been confirmed.
