Nowadays, proper promotion of a movie is a must for it to become popular with the masses. Will Farrell too has taken a cue from this trend and he appeared on the show called “Man vs. Wild.” Farrell appeared on Tuesday night’s show, which was aired on the Disney Channel at 10 p.m. Ferrell was on the show to promote his upcoming movie “Land of the Lost,” which is set for 5th June release. Talking about his stint with “Man vs. Wild” host, Bear Grylls, Will Farrell said that he had “a thrill of a lifetime, even though I did get urine-drunk, which is sad.”

During his stint Farrell and Grylls spent about 48 in the north Sweden wilderness in subzero temperatures. Ferrell began his journey in the wilderness after he was lowered from a helicopter. Once he reached the land covered with snow up to the waist. He tried to cover it with the help of makeshift snowshoes. Farrell and Grylls prepared themselves to spend the night in a cave. And with Grylls present one can expect anything and everything on the menu. For Farrell it was no different as they dined on grilled reindeer eyeballs, which they had extracted from the head of a carcass. When asked as to how the eyeballs tasted, Farrell replied with his trademark fun, “It’s like a gelatinous piece of rock.”

After the journey was completed, Farrell told the Associated Press that he believed “nine out of 10 actors would not do” what he had done on the show. However, Farrell also confessed that he was reluctant about the stint at the beginning but soon he realized that “this could be too crazy to say no to.”
