New York City, July 18 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Whoopi Goldberg has announced on ABC’s ‘The View’ that she literally murdered her iPhone 4 when she smashed her phone on the ground due to the numerous technical problems with the Smartphone.

Apple is due to have a press conference today to address the antennae problem of its latest Smartphone.

This has dealt a great blow to the Smartphone maker who hoped that the free casing that they are issuing to their users will solve the antennae problem but Whoopi was not only pissed off by their antennae but she described the phone generally as ‘bad’. She complained about her phone’s email and said callers were not getting through to her though their phones would indicate that the call was going through.

She said that, “The people couldn’t get a hold of me…my phone would ring and ring and ring to them, but wouldn’t do anything to me. My phone was bad; it wasn’t just that the antenna was bad, it was bad.”

Whoopi however admitted that she has never had any prior issues with any other Apple product. She praised her iPad and the previous iPhone’s that she used.

Apple is in a serious PR mission to address the antennae problem of the iPhone4. Most users have complained bitterly about how the phone’s signal can drop from full to zero after positioning the phone in a particular manner.
