Whom can you trap in UTV Bindass’ new show ‘Date Trap’?

A new reality show on UTV Bindass, ‘Date Trap’, is grabbing too many eyeballs since it started airing from December 19. It has none other than the uber cool and spunky Gaurav Kapoor as its host.
If you want to take a sweet revenge on your best friend, then ‘Date Trap’ is the show for you. The show pitches two evil minds against each other just to see who can pull off a prank better. Each episode has two contestants who have to set up their best friend on a hellish date. Gaurav will already be equipped about the like and dislikes of the friend coming on the show. He will then make sure that the date is nothing less than a nightmare for the contestant’s friend. After the gags, the better date-breaker will be chosen in terms of the effect on the victim, how smoothly the plan was executed and the creativity behind the idea.
UTV Bindass has previously given us successful and unique shows like ‘Emotional Atyachar’, ‘Big Switch’ and ‘Street Dance’. ‘Date Trap’ is a fresh reality show on the dating theme and is a welcome break from the singing and dancing reality shows.
According to Nikhil Gandhi, Business Head of UTV Bindass, it is their continuous research and initiative that allowed the channel to come up with such cutting edge shows for the youth. ‘Date Trap’ is being dubbed as the reality show with a funny bone, thanks to the awesome sense of humor of Gaurav Kapoor.
