Los Angeles, May 26, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The two finalists of “American Idol” 2010 Crystal Bowersox and Lee DeWyze came head to head last Tuesday and according to the latest reports it was a wonderful performance that they put up on stage. The fans of both the singers were so mesmerized that it has become difficult for them and the judges to decide who will walk away with the title next week, though it is being said that judge Simon Cowell is placing Lee DeWyze on a higher pedestal.

It is not unknown to the viewers that Lee DeWyze’s rendition of ‘Hallelujah’ was the show stealing performance and since then the judges have favored the young boy. On the other hand Crystal Bowersox has been liked by the judges throughout this season. Her performance to numbers like ‘Me and Bobby McGee’, ‘Black Velvet’ and ‘Up to Mountain’ was no less good when compared to Lee DeWyze’s ‘Hallelujah’. While certain music artists in America have slammed Lee DeWyze’s singing, they have proclaimed Crystal Bowersox as a powerhouse performer in this season.

Paula Abdul, who had judged the contestants in “American Idol” 2009 is back again this year. Reports suggest that Paula Abdul will be present as one of the guest judges on the episode to be telecast on Wednesday night. While Simon Cowell shifts attention to other projects, it is Paula Abdul’s turn to occupy the judge’s seat. She has been a major part of the show ever since it went on air in Fox and the audience also agree that “American Idol” is not the same without the two.
