New York City, Mar 29 (THAINDIAN NEWS) TLC network has signed on the ‘Going Rogue’ author Sarah Palin for a reality show. Now it remains to be seen who will rule the ratings for TLC – Kate Gosselin or Sarah Palin. As TLC now boasts of a huge lineup of reality shows like “Sarah Palin’s Alaska”, “Jon & Kate Plus 8,” “Cake Boss” and “I Didn’t Know I Was Pregnant.”

The filming of “Sarah Palin’s Alaska” is set to begin in the summers. This show is based on Alaska, and it will showcase some rare features of Alaska, as seen through the eyes of the former Alaskan governor – Sarah Palin. It is rumored that Sarah Palin has also been demanding $1 million to $1.5 million per episode. However some sources suggest that the Discovery Communications have managed to lap up the series at $1 million per episode.

Sarah Palin has managed to be in the news week after week, even though she lost her vice-presidential bid. And Kate Gosselin with her brood of 8 children is the original TV celebrity, as she first tasted name and fame with her TV show only. So it will be an interesting fight, to see which lady can hold onto the viewers, and rule the top of the TLC ratings.
