Who is Barret Swatek?

Los Angeles, Nov 20 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Barret Swatek is a singer/actress who is not afraid of her Republican leanings. She is the daughter of Bill and Lana Swatek, Barret and she was born Birmingham, Alabama on 3 March 1977.
Prior to her acting, singing career she was a competitive figure skater, which was a major help in her acting career. Barret Swatek did figure skating at the age of 5 and continued it to the age of 12.
Barret Swatek started her acting career with a Television show “Power Ranger Turbo”, and followed it up with the series “Three Sisters” and “Just Shoot Me”. In 1996, she got her big break in WB series “7th Heaven” where she played the role of Cheryl. Which was followed with a big role in comedy series “On Edge” in 2001. Her role of a nurse in “Lethal Weapon 4” was much appreciated but it was 2005 movie “The 40 Year Old Virgin” which catapulted her to fame.
Recently Barret Swatek performed a main role in web sitcom called “My Two Friends”, which premiered on 9th March 2009 on Veoh, YouTube, iTune, Bilp.TV and Sling.com.
