In the first segment of the highly speculated as well as anticipated interview of Whitney Houston at “The Oprah Winfrey’s Show” saw Ms. Houston blurting out the “crazy relationship” that she had with her former husband Bobby Brown, their gradual inclination towards substance abuse and the sudden halt to her music career.

According to the Associated Press, Whitney revealed that her former husband Bobby Brown had reportedly abused her, slapped her once and had spit on her face although she admits that she had smacked on his head three times. During the much speculated interview, that was aired on Monday, Whitney admitted of consuming drugs and the substance abuse became heavy after filming the 1992 Award winning film, “The Bodyguard” along with Kevin Costner.

But on the other hand Whitney claims that her former husband, Bobby was her drug as she said, “my drug…. I didn’t do anything without him. I was getting high by myself. It was me and him together. We were partners.”
Houston revealed that Bobby’s dominating character was what made her fall in love with him. “At home he was very much the father, very much the man. He was very much at control. I liked that.When he said something, I listened. I was very interested in having someone have that kind of control over me. It was refreshing,” said Whitney as he remembered her moments with Bobby Brown.

Whitney also confessed that she had to go through turbulent times with Bobby as the former was violent in his behavior as Whitney said that he had reportedly spit on her face during Bobby’s birthday party, in front of their daughter Bobby Kristina.
