Whitney Houston Delays More Dates After Respiratory Illness
April 8th, 2010 - 6:50 pm ICT by Pen Men At WorkApril 8, 2010 (Pen Men at Work): American vocalist, Whitney Houston, has deferred more dates of her European trip subsequent to being plagued by a respiratory illness. This was reported by the Manchester Evening News Arena on its website on Wednesday.
The stadium, where Houston had been scheduled to enact a performance on April 8 and 9, has declared that the performances had been carried over to June 16 and 17.
The stadium had mentioned in a declaration that Whitney is experiencing an upper respiratory infectivity. Subsequent to a discussion with her medical doctors, Whitney had been recommended to reschedule her gigs.
The stadium has divulged that Whitney and her band have expressed regret that the programs have had to be rearranged at such short notice.
Whitney had already delayed a performance in Paris on Tuesday. She pushed back the European leg of a world tour that had obtained an unsteady welcome in Asia and Australia.
French media mentioned that Whitney had been sent to the sickbay as she was suffering from the infections of the throat.
The American Hospital in Paris, a private hospital, which deals with many high-flying persons, has revealed that it could not add footnotes to any patient issues.
According to her website, Houston is geared up to perform on April 11 in Glasgow, Scotland.
Houston, one of the most marketable American female singers of all time, had reappeared last year after she fought against drug dependence and released ‘I Look To You’. This was her primary studio album in seven years that occupied the uppermost spot in the American and other charts.
But her presentation during her “Nothing but Love” world tour in Australia was disparaged by some critics and followers, who went off in a huff from her concerts. They protested that she was gasping and seemed fatigued.
Her publicist, Kristen Foster, has discharged a declaration repudiating that Houston was having health crises.
