Washington, May 2 (ANI): American actress Jennifer Garner has revealed that the first scene she did with actor Matthew McConaughey in ‘Ghosts Of Girlfriends Past’ left her humiliated, as she was smelling like a skunk.

Garner, 37, whose dog had been sprayed by the ’stink badger’ the night before her first day on set, arrived for the shoot stinking, as she had not been able to get the stench out of her hair and clothes.

And despite having scrubbed hard in the shower, she was not able to get the stink out, and her hopes of avoiding any on-set humiliation was destroyed after McConaughey, 39, picked up the odd scent.

“This was unlike any skunky smell I had ever smelled. The next day it was my first day at work and I was with Matthew and he’s so dreamy and so I showered and showered and washed and washed,” Contactmusic quoted her as saying.

“I was sitting next to him and they always make you kiss on the first day. And we’re about to do this scene and he’s like, ‘Does anybody smell something? I smell skunk.’ The skunk stayed with us for months,” she added. (ANI)
