When David Walliams thrust his butt at MaccaNovember 14th, 2007 - 6:09 pm ICT by admin
London, Nov 14 (ANI): English comedy actor David Walliams remembers his idol Sir Paul McCartney in a strange way - by looking at a photo of himself thrusting his bare butt in the ex-Beatle’s face.
The Little Britain star recently revealed how he met his hero while he was performing as mental patient character Anne during one of his live shows with comedy partner Matt Lucas.
And now the comedian keeps a framed photo of his interesting encounter with the genius.
“It was very exciting to have the legend there. I went out as Anne, lifting my skirt up and putting my bum in people’s faces. I think it was the only time Paul McCartney had a big, fat, hairy bottom in his face like that,” the Daily Express quoted David, as saying.
“Maybe it was quite memorable for him. I don’t expect he gets that every night. We’ve got a nice picture of him which I’ve got framed at my mum and dad’s house,” he added.
However, he admitted that he was extremely nervous when his idol was in the audience.
“It’s one thing to meet your idol but another to have him see you on tour. During the show I kept thinking, I wonder if Paul laughed at that joke?” he said. (ANI)
