London, Dec 10 (ANI): British pop band Take That members were given a scare when a fanatical fan tried to break into their rooms.

The scary stalker, who was in her 20s, had spent the evening downing strong beer before turning her attention to the lads.

The incident happened in the early hours of Dec 7 at the riverside hotel in West London.

The crazed fan was among a group of Take That fanatics who have followed the group around Europe during their tour.

A source revealed that the boys called for security in order to get rid of the stalker.

“There were around a dozens fans, almost all girls, in the bar and it was very good natured. But it became more worrying when one girl tried to get upstairs into the boys’ rooms, Mirror quoted the source, as saying.

They called for security and had her thrown out. After a night on stage they can’t be doing with any stress at the hotel, the source added.

Father-of-two Gary Barlow, 36, and Jason Orange, 37, were already in bed when she moved in just after midnight. Mark, 35, who has one son, went out for a smoke and the girl followed him to chat.

The source said: “Then he told her he was off to bed and she made a dash for the lift. She looked crazed and refused to get out so he yelled for security.

“In the end she was thrown out of the hotel and that was that, the source added. (ANI)
