‘Water For Elephants’ first glimpse out on internet
December 18th, 2010 - 3:16 pm ICT by IANSLondon, Dec 18 (IANS) The trailer of actor Robert Pattinson’s new movie “Water For Elephants” has been released on the internet, giving fans the first glimpse of the big screen adaptation of Sara Gruen’s bestselling novel.The film, featuring Reese Witherspoon and “Inglorious Basterds” star Christopher Waltz, is directed by Francis Lawrence of “I Am Legend” fame. The trailer was released Friday.
The film is a flashback narration by a 90-year-old version of Pattinson’s character Jacob Janowksi. Jacob’s love interest Marlena Rosenbluth is played by Witherspoon, but their relationship is constantly under threat from Marlena’s violent animal-trainer father played expertly by Waltz, contactmusic.com reports.
“Water for Elephants” is slated to hit the screens April 15.
