Mar 19, (THAINDIAN NEWS) It is quite hard to visualize billionaire Warren Buffett as a rock star. He has closely followed Bill gates in the Forbes yearly list of the billionaires for sure but the tycoon is perceived as a no-nonsense wealthy man who means business. Therefore, it was quite surprising to see him in a music video made by the workers of Geico, an entity he owns. In the video, the billionaire looks awesome. His appearance comes very close to that of Axl Rose, the frontman of Guns N Roses as seen in the video.

Geico is an auto insurance provider which is owned by Berkshire Hathaway. The video which is a creation of the employees of Geico shows each employee singing from their cubicles in the office. The song begins with a solo employee but he is soon joined by others and a chorus follows. However, there is no doubt that it is Warren Buffett who is the scene stealer. He does look like a pop singer with his bandannas and long hair extensions in the video.

As a matter of fact, Geico comes up with a video every year that is played at the annual employees’ meeting of the company. In the last 4 years, Warren Buffett took part in the video himself. He appeared as a DJ one year. However, this year’s appearance is the wackiest one. The video is addressed to the customers of the company who say that they are always dedicated to serve them in the 2 and a half minute long song. The picturization and concept of the video is novel.
