Los Angeles, July 7, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Lindsay Lohan has been sentenced to jail for 90 days and shall have to spend quite a few days in rehab. However, thats not all. The “drama queen” always know how to make it to the headlines no matter how big or small the issue is. It was last Thursday when she was celebrating her birthday where she got herself involved in a fight with a waitress. Reportedly, the “Mean Girls” star was celebrating the occasion in the Voyeur nightclub of Hollywood. Onlookers told the media that the actress was openly flirting with Danny Cipriani when the waitress of the club punched her straight on her face.

The waitress is said to have hooked up with the rugby player a couple of months back. The couple were even spotted last month when the major tabloids of Los Angeles called it to be a love affair. She might have been jealous by the flirting going on between the actress and her former lover and provoked in to the action.

However, the actress recently posted her thoughts on her Twitter profile where she said that she was punched in the face by the waitress for “no good reason”. She even mentioned that her birthday party went up till 2 AM in the morning but no unpleasant incident happened after that. On the other hand, the waitress Jasmine Waltz have denied all allegations and said that she never hit Lindsay Lohan in her birthday party. She also claimed that Lindsay had made up all allegations. However, Jasmine Waltz admitted that she felt a little “delusional” and if given a chance she would have hit her hard.
