Vodka session inspired Take That comeback!

London, Feb 5 (ANI): It was a boozy night of vodka shots that made popular manband Take That to plan a comeback after almost a decade.

The fantastic foursome Gary Barlow, Mark Owen, Howard Donald and Jason Orange, reformed in 2005, when they just to met to film the ten-year anniversary documentary Take That: On The Record.

Although fans still think that it was the success of that November TV performance that fuelled their amazing return, it has now been revealed that it was all because of an alcoholically inspired all-nighter of a discussion.

We only came back to do the ten-year documentary and to talk about what had happened and where we were now, The Sun quoted Mark as saying.

He added: And because of the feedback we got off that, people started saying would we tour again?

And then one night me, Gary and Howard went out for a drink and we had a couple of drinks and we thought, We can do it! We were in the bar singing, All I do each night is Pray…

Basically we were a bit slopped up and we phoned Jay, I think he was at a wedding, and we said, Jay, Jay, weve got this brilliant idea, come back.

So he came back from the wedding at two in the morning, we went round to Garys house and we stayed up til six, envisioning it, getting all really excited.

Then we went home and slept and then obviously when you wake up it was like, What have we just… What have we decided to do?

Gary agrees with Owen, accepting: I attribute it to booze.

And so does Howard, who simply said: It was Mr Smirnoffs fault.

The rest, as they say, is history and the band went on to Rule The World, what with selling over a million concert tickets in record time and more than a million copies of their latest album The Circus. (ANI)
