Vita Chambers And Other Artists Perform To Pay Tribute To Motown Record Company

Nov.27, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Rocker Vita Chamber gave a stunning performance at the halftime show in the football game between Detroit Lions and the Green Bay Packers on Thursday. The halftime was dedicated to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Motown record company. Apart from Vita Chambers, a variety of other Motown recording artists performed at the event which included Melanie Fiona, Shontelle, Hal Linton, and Forever The Sickest Kids.
All the artists performed a number of hit singles by the iconic recording company that was hugely enjoyed by the crowds. The popular tracks that were performed included “Ain’t no mountain High Enough”, “Heatwave, “, “I’ll Be There, “Higher Ground,”, “Dancing in the Streets” and “I Heard it through the Grapevine”. However, it was Vita Chambers’ scintillating performance that stood out and kept the crowds asking for more. Chambers is among the most promising rockers who is often compared to the singer Rihanna. Currently, the singer has been busy with promotional tours in United States and Europe.
The show also turned out to be a huge success as the new school of artists belted out hits from Motown’s past and paid tribute in their own unique way. This distinct initiative to pay tribute to the iconic record company was thoroughly enjoyed by the crowds as it gave them the unique opportunity to appreciate the much acclaimed hits of the bygone years.
The halftime celebration commemorated the legendary record company that was established by Berry Gordy Jr in the year 1960. Since then, the company has been successful in integrating the different genres of popular music which comprise of rhythm and blues, soul, hip hop and pop.
