Vir Das: Stand Up Comedian Not Keen On Reality shows

Vir Das, one the busiest stand up comedians in Bollywood these days has gone on to state that he is open to do any kind of show on the small screen but no reality shows please!
Now what it is about these reality shows that make such a talented actor like him make a dash for the door on hearing about participating in them? According to media reports, the actor says that these reality shows are all scripted and are actually no fun to explore your creative side.
Well, considering his long association with the entertainment industry he certainly might have something in it. Vir Das is well known for his roles in many recent Bollywood releases like Mumbai Calling, Namaste London, Love Aaj Kal, Badmaash Company etc. He has been associated with comedy clubs in Chicago while he was in the US.
Vir Das is currently going to be up on air on STAR World with his rib tickling show titled ‘Ripping Up the Decade’ which is going to be a big entertaining journey for all with the most happening and not so happening funny events of the decade. The music in the series is reportedly being given by Vir’s band named ‘Alien Chutney’.
To have a talented comedian like Vir Das on the anvil, this show is certainly going to be one big draw for audiences with the funny bone.
