Sep 12, (THAINDIAN NEWS) A lady named Jessica Radovicz has claimed that Motley Crue singer Vince Neil grabbed her arms in a Las Vegas Hilton elevator. The news was confirmed to media sources by Officer Barbara Morgan who said on Thursday that the police took a statement from the woman along with two other people regarding the case. Although the police did not mention the name of the woman some media sources reportedly identified her as Jessica Radovicz. The woman has filed a misdemeanor battery complaint against Vince Neil. The police however, is investigating the case and has not made any arrest.

The news was first made public by a media source that claimed that the incident allegedly occurred in an elevator on Sep 5. In a video statement released by the media source, the woman claimed that she identified Vince Neil as soon as he entered the elevator with two ladies. She claims that she told Vince Neil, “Don’t I know you from somewhere? Aren’t you on TV?” on which the singer reacted sharply and then grabbed her by her arms and threw her against the wall. However, the hotel authorities have claimed that the charges are “completely unfounded”. The representative of the Hotel has told to media sources that not only surveillance videos were reviewed but also many witnesses have testified against the lady and held that the claims of the lady are unfounded.

Although Vince Neil’s lawyer David Chesnoff was unavailable for comments, the representative of Las Vegas Hilton hotel, where the singer owns a cantina, said to media sources that they consider the matter to be closed. The representative maintained that the local authorities have also understood that the woman’s allegations are baseless and without merit.
