Vikram Kumar confirms sequel to ‘Yaavarum Nalam’

Produced by Big Pictures, the bilingual film (Hindi and Tamil) witnessed grand success at box office.
Later, buzz started hitting the airwaves that Big Pictures has planned to make a sequel to this spine-tingling thriller. When we spoke with filmmaker Vikram K Kumar, he confirmed that he is sure about gearing up for the sequel by the end of 2010.
Will he kick-start the sequel with an open-ending climax of “Yaavarum Nalam’? “Definitely not. The film will have a different opening with the same family– Madhavan, Neetu Chandra and Co,” says Vikram, who has almost completed penning the script for his next film at Kerala.
This sci-fi thriller will have Vikram in lead role and official announcements would be made soon.
