Vijay Anthony’s ‘Naan’ starts rolling

April 8, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): When it was all about Himesh Reshammiya of Bollywood making his onscreen appearance as hero and Tollywood’s Devi Sri Prasad looking out for better offers as an actor, here’s a reigning music director, who’s all set to make his debut as an actor.
He’s none other than Vijay Anthony, whose songs have been ennobled as the happening picks of all seasons. The music director will play the lead role in a film titled “Naan’ that is produced by himself under the banner name of Vijay Anthony Film Corporation. AVR Talkies (Pvt) Ltd co-produces the film while debutant Jeeva Shankar wields the megaphone.
The film has Rupa Manjari of “Thiru Thiru Thuru Thuru’ fame taking on the female lead with Siddarth in a prominent role. Vijay Anthony will address the media channels shortly about his new venture along with the film’s crewmembers.
Let’s hope he strides on successful notes as an actor just as he made it bigger in music industry.
