Veteran cameraman Vipin Das dies
February 12th, 2011 - 8:09 pm ICT by IANSWayanad (Kerala), Feb 12 (IANS) Ace cinematographer Vipin Das passed away at a private hospital near here Saturday. He was 72.Das had shot over 200 films and won one Kerala state film award for his work in the film “Manimuzhakkam”.
Das was a much sought after cameraman by veteran Malayalam directors like Bharatan and Padmarajan.
“Munnam Mura”, “Thuramugam”, “Kattathe Kilikkudu”, “Nirakkut” and “Chillu” are some of the popular films in which Das worked.
