Vernon Jordan Set To Play Cameo In “The Good Wife”

vernon May 12, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Vernon Jordan, the renowned civil rights leader and an adviser to some of the ex Presidents of the United States will feature on tonight’s episode of the “The Good Wife”, a television show on CBS. The student of DePauw University, who graduated in the year 1957, is a legend in himself, when we take a peek at his long and successful career as an attorney. Vernon Jordan will be seen playing himself onscreen in the latest episode of the CBS sitcom.

This episode which will feature the renowned leader has been titled “Unplugged”. The show also includes stars like Julianna Margulies. Vernon Jordan has played an important role in the US administration during the Presidentship of Bill Clinton and Jimmy Carter. He has served as an adviser to both the Presidents in his career. The great leader has also served as the president of the National Urban League.

In the latest episode of “The Good Wife” which has Vernon Jordan playing himself, the junior associate of Gardner makes a resolution for himself. The law firm’s finances continue to show a decline too and one of the bosses in the firm will be shown the door. Vernon Jordan will be presented as a power broker in the same firm. His role will mark a cameo in this night’s episode. Since the year 2000, Vernon Jordan has been with the Lazard Freres & Co. LLC, an investment banking firm working as their senior managing director. He was also involved in the ‘Iraq Study Group’, giving important advice to the President regarding the US policy in Iraq.
