Venkat Prabhu refused Dhanush's offer of 'Ready' remake With his films “Chennai 600028′ and “Saroja’ turning to be blockbusters, Venkat Prabhu has no turning back in tinsel town. The actor-turned-filmmaker is on a dream run, with heavy downpour of offers from leading actors of Tamil film industry. At the moment, Venkat Prabhu has almost completed shooting for his film “Goa’ across the sun-kissed beaches of Malaysia. The film is produced by Soundarya Rajnikanth of Orcher Studios in collaboration with Hollywood’s Warner Bros. “Goa’ features his younger brother Premji Amaran, Vaibhav and Jai in lead roles with Yuvan Shankar Raja scoring music.
Much before commencing “Goa’, Venkat Prabhu had stated about making Ajith Kumar’s 50th film. Recently, it seems that actor Dhanush had approached him to remake the Telugu movie “Ready’. Despites being a great offer, Venkat Prabhu had to refuse it, as he is expecting a call from actor Ajith for his next film at any point of time.
Telugu movie “Ready’ featuring Charan and Genelia D’Souza proved to be a successful family entertainer.
