Mar 31, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The Telugu film “Varudu” was released all over the world on Tuesday, one of the few regional films to have received a worldwide release. The film had been a highly awaited one for a number of reasons. For one, the film is directed by one of the most popular and successful directors of the Telugu film industry, Gunasekhar. The film also stars one of the most popular heroes of the Telugu film industry, Allu Arjun, along with Ashish Vidyarthi, Sayaji Shinde, Ahuti Prasad and Suhasini Mani Rathnam among others. However, the maximum amount of interest and intrigue that is being generated about the film is regarding the lead actress, who is variously named as Bhanu Kaur and Bhanu Mehra.
Moreover, the film “Varudu” is also being watched out as this marks the debut of Arya as a villain. This is the first time that he has assayed a negative character. The film was promised to be an action packed one, and it completely lived up to the promises. The histrionics of the lead actor, Allu Arjun, were the most worth watching out for. The others in the film have also acted very well, and none has really disappointed with their acting capabilities.
While the storyline of the film revolves around a marriage procession that carries on for five days, it is still being touted as an action movie. However, good acting and plot notwithstanding, the movie actually scores brownie points on account of the music, which has been creating quite a stir ever since it got released. The film was released in all the major areas of the US, like Dallas, Tampa, Jacksonville, Kansas City, Los Angeles and San Antonio among others.

This film diretor Gunasekhar, as a director, is one the most talented sensitive directors in South India. He is not an ordinary guy. In fact he created a history with his Okkadu in the South Indian Film Industry. The same telugu film Okkadu when it was remade in Tamil with another super star Vijay, it could with not attract the audience as much as Okkadu film. All that credit certainly goes to him only. And today it is really an unfortunate situation not only for the director to the entire Telugu Film industry. Why such a highly talented director should fail? Why he should take up the job of a story writer even after giving so many failures? Why can’t he direct some bodies stories at least when he is not having??!!
