New York, March 6, (THAINDIAN NEWS) According to the announcement made by TV Land, it is hoping to air a new Situation Comedy in its channel which will feature Valerie Bertinelli, Wendie Malick, Jane Leeves and Betty White. Valerie Bertinelli, who has featured in a weight loss advertisement, will now hit the small screen with the Sitcom “Hot In Cleveland” and according to reports, the channel is hoping the sitcom will find a large audience as the these personalities are known as veterans in the fields of sitcoms.

TV Land has thus far in its channel aired old classic dramas and comedies, this move will bring some fresh viewers to the channel as expected. The show “Hot in Cleveland” is an original script. It will feature Valerie Bertinelli, Wendie Malick and Jane Leeves as friends who intend to settle down in Paris but somehow land up in Cleveland. Betty White steps in as the tormenting caretaker of the home that the three get stuck in, who manages to make life a little thorny for the enthusiastic trio.

For Valerie Bertinelli, this is her first after “Touched By an Angel”. She had given regular appearances on television a miss for a long time but now, the glamorous star is back with full energy and vibrancy and is all set to take over the scene in her usual uncanny manner.
