anna1San Francisco, March 20, (THAINDIAN NEWS) On Friday, the 9th U.S. Circuit Court gave the decision in favor of the late billionaire J. Howard Marshall’s son Pierce Marshall, after a long legacy battle between now late Anna Nicole Smith and late Pierce Marshall. The decision means that the late actress’s three year old daughter will get nothing from the Estate of J.Howard Marshall.

Anna Nicole Smith, after the death of her 89 year old husband had claimed that he wished her to give more than $300 million estate, of which she had been deprived of, by his son Pierce Marshall. On Friday however, the Court proclaimed that the will was made by the late oil tycoon under stable mental condition and that at that time he was not under pressure from any sector. Therefore the court concluded that the will which entitles the $1.6 billion estate to Pierce Marshall, is proof enough in itself that the late tycoon did not want Anna Nicole Smith to inherit any of his wealth.

However the court ruling has come after the death of both the appellants at the court. While Pierce Marshall died in the year 2006, Anna Nicole Smith died and untimely death after a drug overdose in 2007. However, the case continued as Anna Nicole Smith’s three year old daughter became the prospective heir to her mother’s Estate. On behalf of late Pierce Marshall, the case was taken forward by his wife Elaine Marshall who wanted to protect the will of J.Howard Marshall. On Friday, the Marshall family said that the decision of the Court has absolved the late Pierce Marshall of all the allegations that were levied against him.
