‘Up’ tops box office for second week running
June 8th, 2009 - 6:30 pm ICT by ANIWashington, June 8 (ANI): Animated action comedy ‘Up’ has topped the box office for the second week in a row after raking in 44.2 million dollars.
According to studio estimates, ‘The Hangover’ came second with 43.3 million dollars.
‘Land of the Lost’ landed the third spot after raking in 19.5 million dollars while ‘Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian’ came fourth with 14.7 million dollars.
The Star Trek movie rounded off the top five with 8.4 million dollars, reports E! Online.
The weekend’s top-grossing films are:
