Nov 12 (THAINDIAN NEWS) According to a report from People, thirty seven year old actress Vera Farmiga, who acted opposite of George Clooney in ‘Up In The Air’, has given birth to her second child, a baby girl born on November 4.

Vera, who also starred in ‘The Departed’ alongside Matt Damon, Leo DiCaprio, and Mark Walberg, and in ‘Orphan’ with Peter Sarsgarrd celebrated the new arrival along with her husband, Renn Hawkey. The tiny girl, Gytta Lubov Hawkey, has a twenty-two month old big brother named Fynn. The mother and baby are reported to be “happy and healthy”.

Vera filmed the movie ‘Up In The Air’ a shocking two weeks after giving birth to Fynn. She was scheduled to play the wife of Gerard Butler in an upcoming movie entitled ‘Machine Gun Preacher’, but when she discovered that she was pregnant, she dropped out of the casting. According to a source to In Touch, “The role would have meant traveling to Africa this summer, but because her baby is due in the fall, she would have been too far along to make the trip.”

Vera is expected to be back to work soon, acting opposite Jack Gyllenhaal in ‘Source Code’.
