London, July 1 (ANI): Elvis Presley archivists have found three rare photographs dating back more than 50 years, showing the young singer greeting fans at the gates of Graceland.
Angie Marchese, director of archives at Elvis Presley Enterprises, revealed that the negatives were tucked in a small envelope with no writing on it.
A scan revealed that the photos, which show a young Presley’ connection with his fans, were taken in 1957.
“It’s really quite amazing that they weren’t in our database already and we had never seen them before,” the Telegraph quoted Marchese as saying.
The pictures will be displayed at a Graceland exhibit during Elvis Week on Aug. 16.(ANI)
