Washington, Dec 9 (ANI): Uma Thurman has denied rumours of starting any romance with ‘Twilight’ star Robert Pattinson after splitting with fiance Arpad Busson.

On Tuesday, headlines were buzzing with the news of Thurman’s broken engagement to the Swiss businessman, prompting gossipmongers to speculate that Pattinson - the actress’ co-star in the upcoming ‘Bel Ami’ - was behind the break-up.

A spokesperson for the ‘Kill Bill’ star has confirmed that she parted ways with Busson two months ago.

However, the rep insisted that she is not meeting the ‘Twilight’ star until they begin filming the drama next year (10).

“That is actually funny. Uma hasn’t even been in the same room as Pattinson,” Contactmusic quoted the rep as telling GossipCop.com.

Thurman will play a wealthy woman who is seduced by Pattinson’s younger character in the movie, an adaptation of Guy de Maupassant’s 1885 novel. (ANI)
